Stanley! First time he used my father's board and got up. An hour later he came back with a new board himself, shown below.

We had another fun day on the water. Everyone is out surfing and having a blast. Hoping the waves will be better tomorrow, but everyone caught at least one wave.

I actually finished my book and started a new one! Tomorrow I head back to work, but coming back to celebrate the Fourth of July. (Plus all the July birthdays with our lovely friends.)

Two posts in one day? I must be crazy, I know!

Some photos from life on the beach today. Waves were pretty flat, but we had gorgeous weather and I enjoyed my first day of vacation immensely. 

Oh and last weekend I purchased myself a fedora! (showcased in the last two photos). I absolutely love it!

I'll be at the beach for the weekend. These photos are from last night. The sky was super pretty and who doesn't love to people watch. Honestly, I probably look creepy walking around by myself with a camera, but who cares.

^ I do know these two. Blake is also here for the weekend hanging out with Austin. They went skim boarding.

Austin Lane

Everyone who says I have blue eyes, obviously hasn't met my bro. He has the bluest eyes and the longest lashes. Way to make girls swoooon. I am happy to be spending time at home with him this summer! Love this little guy.

Also, anyone big into editing photos in Photoshop check out alexbeadonphotography.com - She has a couple free actions she gives away and I received them. They are used on these two photos. Honestly, I want to learn how she creates actions so I can use my own creativity rather than buy hers, but they sure add depth to a photo!

On Lake Luntz

Lauren and I got all dressed up for one last photo shoot before I headed down to Boca. In these photos we are wearing our awesome finds at the Outlet Malls we visited the other day. These photos are taken directly behind her house on Lake Luntz. She has a pool and a lake! Supah cool.

BTW: Lauren should officially be a model. Her photos are awesome. Mine look like I am trying too hard - hence the reason why I prefer to be behind the camera rather than in front of it.

So I'll grace you with her gorgeous photos first and then you can ignore mine.

Also, super excited with my $8 dress from Express! Annnnnd, Lauren gave me back her headband that I turned necklace. Yahhhh buddy. Favorite accessory.
